ok~~ so today woke up at 7 den went sch for training~~ yups~~ so train train train~~ but today i ended up training at the sec 2s side maybe coz my double partner hasyna din come~~ haha~~ so i was the only odd person there~~ but it was quite fun leh~~ din get piss at all even though there were tai kos n some funny stuff~~ woo hoO~~ den finally training ending soon n its time for a run~~ so went to run~~ 7 rounds today~~ Arena n class room block~~ my timing was 16.30 mins~~ quite ok ba i guess~~ 1 round 2.22 mins like that~~ haha~~ so damn shag liao~~ at first wanted to go home but den decided to join yoyo meixian cheryl carmel n 4 more guys go CAFE CARTEL eat~~ haha~~ so we took bus to PS~~

yups~~ den cause i no $$$ so din order anything la~~ but i still EAT A LOT la~~ haha~~ eat the free flow bread~~ den yoyo shared with me hers cause she eat until gonna vomit le~~ stomach small sia~ haha~~ anyway it all added up to a lot~~ so i saved some money on food~~ haha~~ din spend a single cent la~~hehe~~ pls don say i stingy k~~ trying to sheng qian here~~ woo hoO~~~ haha~~

yups~~ den after that the rest of them went play LAN while me yoyo n cheryl went home~~so i took a nap~~ woke up at 6 plus like that~~ den went with my dad go market eat~~EAT AGAIN SIA~~ REALLY FAT LIAO LA~~ haha~~ think i really need to start my diet le~~ anyway i ate Fisn n Chips~~ woo hoo~~ nice~~ den after that went to buy some groceries for home~~AH~~ me n my dad ended up buying a lot of stuff sia~~ think can last for 1 month lor~~ hehe~~ den finally go home~~ woo hoo~~
